KMK - Foreign Language Certificate

The KMK Foreign Language Certificate is a certificate issued by the Standing Conference of the Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs of the Federal States in the Federal Republic of Germany (in short: Kultusministerkonferenz (KMK)). It serves as proof of job-related foreign language competence, is tailored to the special requirements of foreign language skills in the workplace and is taken at vocational schools.

At the GPB-College, the KMK foreign language certificate is a fixed component in all professional groups. Although the examination is optional, there a lot of advantages that come with it, for example: the certificate is also internationally usable and can be presented in other European countries as proof of language competence in the chosen professional group.
